Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Unused, with all accessories and inserts included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Hygiene Note for Earbuds

For health and hygiene reasons, earbuds that have been used or whose sealed packaging has been opened may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your item before use. This does not affect your rights regarding defective products.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wendlabs090@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email wendlabs090@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used earbuds or items with opened hygiene packaging (except defective items)
  • Gift cards
