This policy explains how and when we ship orders within the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US — no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, delivery typically takes 7 business days via our standard shipping carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order ships, not when it's placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package seems lost or stuck, contact us at wendlabs090@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
